Refund Policy

This page explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Filebot Pro. It applies to self-serve hosted plans purchased at app.filebot.dev. Enterprise agreements are governed by their own order form.

Billing and cancellation

Filebot Pro is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from Settings, then Billing. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you are not charged again after that. No further action is needed to stop renewals.

Refunds

We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time on a monthly plan. Because cancellation keeps your plan active through the end of the period you have already paid for, you keep full access to Pro for the time you bought.

Usage charges

Usage-based charges for resources you have already consumed are non-refundable. Those amounts reflect work that has already run on your behalf.

Statutory rights

Where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to a refund (for example, the statutory withdrawal periods in the EU and UK), we honor it. If you believe a statutory right applies to your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.

How payments and refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Where a refund is granted, it is issued through Polar back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
